Viqo is a CRM system for the beauty industry: salons, specialists, teams, appointments, clients, schedules, and basic business management.
User account
To use Viqo, the user creates an account and is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during registration and in the profile.
You are responsible for keeping account access secure, including your password, devices, and actions performed from your account.
Service use
We ask that Viqo be used as a professional work tool, not as a platform for violations or abuse.
- use Viqo for illegal activity, fraud, or violation of other people’s rights;
- upload malicious code, try to break the service, bypass limitations, or violate system security;
- transfer access to third parties without your control or use the service on behalf of another person;
User data
The user is responsible for the data they add to Viqo: client cards, appointments, notes, schedules, products, and other work information.
You must have the right to use this data and must not upload information that violates the law, third-party rights, or agreements with your clients.
Free access
Viqo is currently available for free, and all available product features can be used without payment.
If commercial terms change in the future, we will communicate them clearly before they affect users.
Limitation of liability
Viqo is provided on an “as is” basis. We work to keep the product stable, but cannot guarantee the complete absence of errors, interruptions, or temporary unavailability.
Viqo is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequences of decisions users make based on data inside the service.
Access suspension
Viqo may limit or suspend account access if a user violates these terms, interferes with the service, or uses the platform in a harmful way.
We may also temporarily limit access for technical reasons: maintenance, system protection, incident resolution, or account security checks.
Account deletion
You can stop using Viqo and request account deletion through [email protected].
After account deletion, access to the service ends, and related data is deleted or anonymized under our storage policy.
