Viqo is a CRM system for beauty salons, specialists, and beauty teams. We aim to collect only the data that is actually needed for sign-in, client management, and service operation.
What data we collect
We collect only the data needed for Viqo to work as a CRM system and for normal account management.
- the name or profile name you provide in your account;
- email for sign-in, communication, and access recovery;
- profile photo or avatar, if you upload one yourself;
- phone number, if you add one to your profile;
- account data and technical details related to access, security, and profile settings;
- data you add to the CRM: appointments, clients, schedule, notes, and related work information.
Google sign-in
If you sign in with Google, Viqo may receive only your Google profile name, email, and profile photo. This data is used only for sign-in, account creation, and linking access to your Viqo profile.

How we use data
Data is used so that Viqo can actually work as a service for daily beauty-business operations.
- user authentication and secure account access;
- operation of the product, its features, interfaces, and technical stability;
- management of appointments, clients, schedules, and other work information inside the CRM;
- notifications, service emails, and important product messages;
- user support and responses to requests;
Storage and protection
We store data for as long as needed to operate the account, CRM features, and user support.
We use technical and organizational safeguards: access control, protected data transfer channels, limited employee access, and basic SaaS security practices.
Third-party sharing
We do not sell users’ personal data and do not transfer it to third parties for advertising resale.
Viqo may use technical providers such as hosting, email services, analytics tools, cloud storage, and other infrastructure services that help operate the product securely.

Viqo uses cookies and similar technical tools to keep you signed in, keep the interface stable, and support basic session security.
